SUSTAINABILITY OF MATERIALS
Our swimwear collection features fabrics imported from Italy, with the highest quality, anti-rust steel metal details as well as our brand's exclusive designs and colors.
We believe that fashion can be both beautiful and sustainable. That's why we're committed to using only sustainable fabrics in our products. We're proud to work with ECONYL, a company that produces sustainable nylon yarns and fibers using recycled materials.
ECONYL’S innovative process involves taking discarded fishing nets, carpets, and other nylon waste products and transforming them into new nylon fibers. This approach not only reduces waste but also helps to prevent these materials from ending up in landfills and oceans.
By using a radical regeneration process, the nylon is brought back to it’s original purity and can be used to produce new products. This way, by using sustainable fabrics, we’re able to minimize our environmental impact and promote responsible manufacturing practices.
But sustainability isn't the only benefit of using ECONYL’S fabrics- Their high-quality nylon yarns, sourced from Italy are also incredibly durable and long-lasting, making them perfect for swimwear.
By using only sustainable fabrics in our products, we're proud to be part of the solution to environmental challenges facing the fashion industry. MANUFACTURING PROCESS
We produce all parts locally in Portugal. We are committed not only to using sustainable fabrics, but also to ensuring that our production process is ethical and socially responsible.
We're proud to say that our collection is designed and produced in our country, and every single piece is handmade by seamstresses working under respectful conditions, we’ve developed a trustworthy relationship with our manufacturer to ensure that this is the case. We have a close relationship with the manufacturer so it allows us to be involved in the whole production process as well as ensure that there’s the least possible waste in materials.
PACKAGING
To our brand, packaging is just as important to us as the products we create. We are committed to sourcing the most sustainable materials possible and never use more than necessary.
Our goal is to reduce waste and minimize our environmental impact at every step of the packaging process Our boxes are designed to be as small as possible, reducing the amount of material needed and minimizing shipping emissions. They are made from recycled materials and are fully recyclable, ensuring that they can be reused or repurposed after use. In place of traditional plastic tape, we use paper recycled tape, which is also fully recyclable.
