Shipping:
All orders to Portugal will be shipped after being processed, within a maximum of 2–4 business days after the order, depending on payment method verification. For the rest of the world, orders will be processed within 3–7 business days.
If we encounter any issues related to the order (shipping address, payment confirmation, out-of-stock products, etc.), we will contact the customer through our Customer Support. We will wait for a response for up to three business days. The order will not be shipped until we receive a reply to our message. If we do not receive any response within this time frame, we will cancel the order and issue a refund.
Delivery:
Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the invoice, as well as an email and WhatsApp message sent by our carrier BATCH, containing all necessary delivery information, including a link to track and manage the delivery.
Orders are delivered Monday through Friday, excluding local or national holidays, to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
The customer may choose to receive the order at any address (except P.O. boxes) from Monday to Friday. For this, simply provide an address where someone will be available between 9 AM and 7 PM. One delivery attempt will be made by the selected carrier to the address indicated by the customer.
IMPORTANT: It is not possible to choose a specific delivery time, as delivery times depend on the carrier’s delivery route for that day.
Providing an incorrect or incomplete delivery address may result in the order being returned to GURLY BY NM, which could generate additional costs for the customer. We therefore strongly recommend verifying that the shipping address provided during checkout is correct and complete. Once the order is processed, it will not be possible to change the delivery address or billing information.
In case of absence, a notification will be left for the customer indicating where the package is located and the steps to retrieve it. The carrier will only make one delivery attempt to the provided address.
The order must be picked up within 3 business days from the date of the delivery attempt. To collect it, the recipient must present the notification left by the courier. If the order is not picked up within 3 business days, it will be returned to us.
If the delivery address provided by the customer is incorrect or incomplete, the courier will not be able to leave a notification, and the order will immediately begin the return process to GURLY BY NM.
