Lingerie is the intimate piece that most comes into contact with our skin, so it's essential to wash lingerie so that it's always clean and cared for.
As lingerie fabrics are more delicate and thin than other garments, more special care is required.
We have separated some essential tips on how to wash your lingerie correctly and thus preserve its quality so that you can enjoy it for longer.
- Hand wash, use cold water or at room temperature (washing lingerie in hot water causes it to lose its elasticity)
- Use neutral soap
- Rub the intimate parts with delicacy
- Squeeze gently, without twisting
- Let it dry normally, on the clothesline.
Note: Regardless of how you wash the lingerie, under no circumstances use hot water. During the washing process of your underwear, the water temperature should always be between cold and lukewarm, as if it is too high it could damage the fibers of the fabric. These procedures can make your piece last less.
We are not responsible for the misuse of the articles or for the incorrect washing of the same, namely:
- Do not use washing machine, dryer or dry cleaning
- Do not use bleach
- Do not soak
- Never iron
- Do not use aggressive detergents
- Do not place the articles in contact with rough or rough surfaces
- Do not leave the wet parts in plastic bags, nor leave them in water for prolonged periods.
Sending:
All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days maximum after ordering, depending on payment method verification.
If we have any questions related to the order (delivery address, payment confirmation, products out of stock, etc.), we will contact the customer through our Customer Support. We will wait for a response within three business days. The order will not be shipped until we receive a response to our message. If we do not receive any response within this period of time, we will cancel the order and refund the customer.
The delivery:
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the respective invoice, an email and a WhatsApp sent by our carrier BATCH, with all the information they will need about the delivery, including a link to track and manage the delivery.
Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday, with the exception of local or national holidays, to the address that the customer indicates when placing the order.
The customer can receive the order wherever they wish (except at PO Boxes), from Monday to Friday. To do this, simply provide us with the address where you will be present between 9am and 7pm.
A delivery attempt will be made by a courier from the chosen carrier to the address indicated by the customer.
WARNING: It is not possible to choose a specific delivery time, as this will be conditioned by the route defined by the carrier for the courier on the day of delivery.
Providing an incorrect or incomplete delivery address may result in it being returned to the GURLY BY NM store, resulting in additional costs for the customer, so we recommend that you always make sure that the delivery address indicated when registering the order is actually correct and complete. Once the order has been processed, it is not possible to change the delivery address or the billing details you provided.
In case of absence, a notification will be left to the customer indicating the location where they are and the procedures to be carried out to collect the order. The carrier only makes one attempt to deliver to the address indicated.
The deadline for collecting the order is 3 working days from the date of attempted delivery. To collect it, the recipient must present the notification left by the courier. If the order is not collected within 3 working days, it will be returned to us.
If the delivery address indicated by the customer is incorrect or incomplete, the carrier's courier will not be able to leave a notification, so the order will immediately be returned to the GURLY BY NM Store.
